A great way to start your day – with this detox drink. Apple cider vinegar is full of enzymes and good bacteria, it can help
lower blood pressure, and help better balance your blood sugars.
What You’ll Need:
2 Tbs Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs Fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
4 drops Cassia oil or 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Tumeric
Sprinkle some cayenne pepper
Add water – however much you need 🙂
I also sometimes add 1 drop Ginger oil or a little bit of fresh ginger.
Stir, drink, and enjoy the benefits!
