Hello Sunshine!
I'm so happy you're here. If you want to live happier, healthier, and free-er… congratulations! I love a driven woman who wants something better. I am a “recovering Type A” - I get you.
If we’ve already met, you probably know about my crazy health journey, and how I’ve been hit with three major diseases, and have overcome… naturally.
If not, let’s meet, be friends, and learn a bit about each other. I’ll start…
Hi! I’m Tammie
7+ years cancer-free, baby! Yes… it took a lot of hardcore dedication, and reinventing my lifestyle to be able to claim that status. Especially when I did the unspeakable and said “no” to chemo.
When my doctor implicated cancer and scheduled surgery immediately, I had tickets in-hand, ready to fly to Hawaii to celebrate my 5 year anniversary with my husband, Steve. NOT good timing. Whenever is?
You can list all the things you “would” or “wouldn’t” do if you were diagnosed with the "big C”, but in that moment when the unthinkable actually happens, your knee-jerk reaction is to do anything your doctor says. You don’t question it or consider alternatives. You say, “What now?”
The cancer spread so my doctor prescribed chemo. But things weren’t that “simple” for me. By the time I was told I had stage II, ovarian cancer I was already struggling with juvenile diabetes and managing MS. Reading the side-effects - I didn't think I would make it through.
There had to be a better way.

The natural route
After intense research I opted for the “natural” route. My complete life overhaul launched, relearning a new way of living, eating and thinking. Food became my fuel to heal rather than self-abuse.
Today I am 6+ years cancer-free and did I forget to mention I am no longer symptomatic from MS AND only one small lesion left on my brain?! I also managed to drop that "menopause +10lbs". I get asked all the time how I did “it” and that’s why I’m here. I want to share it with you.
Let’s achieve your wildest dreams and start living your craziest, sexiest, most amazingly happy, healthy life. Like my doctor told me when I was diagnosed with diabetes, “Sometimes life is caca.” But I promise you this… it is easier when we hold hands and do this together.
Now tell me about you! Send me a message below and let’s do this!
